Do you remember my telling you that I recently realized I was still eating for all the starving children in China?  I also realized this did nothing for the children and, as my father would say, made me “pleasingly plump”.

So-o-o, I decided to let the children in China fend for themselves.  And - guess what! By adjusting not what but how much I put on my plate, I’ve lost four pounds!  No restrictive diet or exotic menu – just a little less of everything.  I’ve also decided that contributing to organizations that help children at home and abroad does more good than my sitting at the dining table and eating for them.  See how wise I’ve become?
